How to Make Meatballs Recipe Mackerel Fish

From Postings Some time ago, I've shared recipes on Secret Seasoning Gravy Meatballs . And now I will share Meatballs Recipe How to Make Fish Mackerel for you. Please Listen and Try to make it the following:


Ingredients:
  • 200 grams of mackerel meat
  • 50 g tapioca flour 1 egg white grains 1 tsp cooking oil 20 ml of ice water
Tip: Use the fresh fish that had the texture of white meat fish such as mackerel or snapper. Separate the meat from the fish-prickly spines.

Seasoning:
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1/2 tsp pepper 1/2 tsp fish sauce 1/4 tsp flavoring, Match taste 1/2 tsp fine salt

Method:
  1. Enter the fish, egg whites, pepper powder, water ice, flavor, garlic, and fish sauce in a food processor. Process until smooth.
  2. Add tapioca flour, salt, and cooking oil. Process again until blended. Place the dough balls on the left hand, make a fist with the hand until the dough balls out in between your index finger and thumb form a small circle. Remove the meatballs sphere with the help of a spoon. Put it in hot water, do it until the dough runs out. Boil the fish balls float gently up and mature. Remove and drain.
